€109 per night (minimum 3 nights)
€750 per week

Indicative price as of today, excluding the Christmas period:

• Per night – €89 (minimum 3 nights)
• 1 week (7 nights) – €599

*Prices include bed linen, kitchen linen, and final cleaning, but exclude tourist tax.

Arrival and Departure:

You are welcome to check in on your arrival day from 4:00 PM onwards. On the day of departure, you can check out until 10:00 AM.

Payment:

Deposit: 50% of the reservation amount must be paid within 8 days of booking. Once the deposit is received, the reservation becomes final. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than the 8th day before arrival. If your arrival date is within less than 8 days, the full rental amount must be paid immediately. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made via bank transfer.

Cancellation:

Full refund within 48 hours of booking if the arrival date is at least 14 days away. (Refund excludes any bank fees we have to pay).

50% refund of the total amount if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.  (50% refund excludes any bank fees we have to pay).

No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
