Booking your stay:
If you would like to make a reservation, please send an email to gitemacorn@outlook.com with your preferred dates, the number of guests, the number of nights, and your contact details. You will receive a response within 3 hours.
Current price:
- Per night – €85 (minimum 3 nights)
- 1 week (7 nights) – €549
- Christmas rate period 22 December to 2 January. Per night €119 (minimum 3 nights)
- Christmas rate period 22 December to 2 January. Per week (7 nights) €779
*Prices are all including wifi, linen (bed, kitchen, bathroom), end cleaning.
Arrival and Departure:
You are welcome to check in on your arrival day from 4:00 PM onwards. On the day of departure, you can check out until 10:00 AM.
Payment:
Deposit: 50% of the reservation amount must be paid within 8 days of booking. Once the deposit is received, the reservation becomes final. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than the 8th day before arrival. If your arrival date is within less than 8 days, the full rental amount must be paid immediately. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made via bank transfer.
Cancellation:
Full refund within 48 hours of booking if the arrival date is at least 14 days away. (Refund excludes any bank fees we have to pay).
50% refund of the total amount if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. (50% refund excludes any bank fees we have to pay).
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
